"20 YEARS IN THE BUSINESS OF BUILDING BETTER BODIES"

Suzette Smith is the owner of THE PILATES STUDIO, a former professional dancer, who toured Europe performing dance theater live and on television. Suzette also owned her own ballroom dance company in Manhattan, "Sophisticated Steps".

Suzette received her Pilates training and certification from the Kane School of Core Integration and the Pilates Method Alliance.

She has a Masters degree in Education from Cambridge College in Boston and is also a Reiki and Transformational Breath practitioner.

Suzette designs each workout session specifically for each client’s needs. Her sessions are rigorous and rejuvenating, in a safe and supportive environment.
